Our Bed and Breakfast is situated in the heart of Somerset minutes from open access moorland on the Quantock Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which is ideal for mountain biking, walking or bird watching.

We live very close to 200 Million year old ammonites, nautilus, shells and other marine creatures which can be found frequently on the beach in our village. The cliffs are eroding exposing more daily!

Within a short drive are Dunster Village with its Castle, West Somerset Railway (Williton is the nearest station), Hestercombe House Gardens, Clarke's Retail Village, Glastonbury Abbey and Tor, Wells and its beautiful Cathedral, Cheddar Gorge and Caves, Wookey Hole caves, Watchet and the Marina, St Audries bay, Minehead and Exmoor National Park.

Other places of interest nearby include Torr Cider Farm, Wimbleball Reservoir, Fleet Air Arm Museum and Haynes Motor Museum at Yeovil, Snow Drop Valley near Wheddon Cross, Somerset County Cricket at Taunton, Taunton Race Course, Brewhouse Theatre at Taunton, Bridgwater Carnival, Somerset Willow Craft Industry, Bakelite Museum, Watchet Boat Museum, fishing at Watchet or nearby lakes, Badger watching on Exmoor or Deer watching on the Quantock Hills. There are also well know walking routes passing virtually through the village including the Coleridge Way, Macmillan Way and Somerset Coastal Path.
